This Policy applies to mailboxrepairservice.com, mailboxrepairokc.com, and mailboxrepairtulsa.com (the “Sites”) and to forms, calls, texts, and emails with us.

  • Project Details: photos you upload, descriptions, scheduling notes, HOA/USPS info.

  • Device/Usage: IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers, approximate location, form interactions (via logs/analytics/cookies).

  • Communications: call recordings/voicemail (quality/training), SMS/email content you send us.

  • Payments: processed by third parties; we do not store full card numbers.

3) Sources

  • You: forms, calls/texts, emails, photos.

  • Automated collection: cookies, analytics, and server logs.

  • Service providers: hosting, security/CDN, email/SMS, analytics, call tracking, payment processing, scheduling.

  • Referral providers: if you work with an independent contractor we introduced.

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide quotes, schedule work, deliver services, and handle warranty/service history.

  • Communicate about estimates, appointments, invoices, and review requests.

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Sites (debugging, analytics, performance).

  • Prevent fraud, enforce terms, comply with law, and maintain records.

  • Marketing and testimonials (with consent where required).

5) Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell personal information and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined by state privacy laws).
We disclose information to:

  • Service Providers/Processors: e.g., website hosting and GoDaddy Managed WordPress, security/CDN/firewall, form/email/SMS tools, analytics (if enabled), call-tracking, payment processors, scheduling/CRM.

  • Independent Providers: if you ask us to coordinate work with a non-MRS contractor.

  • Legal/Business transfers: to meet legal obligations or in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

7) Calls, Texts & E-Sign

By providing contact info, you consent to autodialed/prerecorded calls, texts, and electronic communications about quotes, scheduling, and updates. Msg/data rates may apply. Opt-out: reply STOP to texts or email support@mailboxrepairservice.com (transactional/legal notices may still occur). Calls may be recorded for quality/training.

8) Data Retention

We retain information as needed to provide services, support warranties, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain records. Project photos may be retained to help with future service/warranty.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our size and services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, know, opt-out of targeted ads, and data portability. We do not use or disclose “sensitive” personal information in ways that require a “Limit Use” link.

  • Verification: we may confirm a code sent to your email/phone or cross-check order/estimate details.

  • Timing: we respond within 45 days (extensions as allowed by law).

  • Appeals: if we deny your request, reply with “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact your state regulator where available.

  • Non-discrimination: we won’t discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Do-Not-Sell/Share. We do not sell/share personal information. If this changes, we will update this Policy and honor opt-outs via Privacy Choices.

Do Not Track. We do not respond to legacy DNT signals. We honor compatible GPC signals as described above.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12) International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the U.S. and applicable data transfers.

13) Changes

We may update this Policy as our practices or laws change. The Effective Date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept changes.
